I dropped my pearl in water but it works fine now except for one thing. Every once in a while itll say "Cant read SIM card" and i wont be able to make calls. Is this replaceable? and expensive?

Read this: Got Your BlackBerry Wet? - BlackBerryFAQ

When did you get it wet? My advice -- RIGHT NOW, take the battery out and THEN read the FAQ, and more of this. It may not work so good much longer if you don't dry it out completely
