I just inserted a 4 GB Sandisk MicroSDHC card in my 8130. When I access "Media Card" under "Options" there is a red asterisk beside "Media Card Support". I am not given the option of changing the option from no to yes. Can someone offer help? Thanks in advance.

Try going to Options > Media Card > Menu > Format Card

You may need to format the card before you get support for it so the BB can read it and add the media folders.

Is your device on a company BES server for email, etc.? It's possible that IT policy restricts the use of the card..
