OK, maybe I'm going crazy but all Isee in the Blackberry Desktop Manager is Media Manager, Synchronize, Backup and Restore, Application Loader and Switch Device Wizard.

Is there no software available to help fill in my address book using my desktop computer?

No.

The Synchronize (Intellisync) option allows you to sync from programs like Outlook (which is the most commonly used), Notes, Lotus Organizer and a handful of other PC programs. There is no program like Palm Desktop for the BlackBerry.

Thanks. I tried to synchronize with my Microsoft Outlook, but when I went to configure my settings for the address book synch, only Microsoft Outlook Express, Yahoo!, and ASCII Importer/Exporter (whatever that is) were available.

Anything I can do to have Microsoft Outlook (and not Express) pop up? I didn't even think I had Express on this computer. I exclusively use Outlook.

I think that may be a DM 4.3 defect...you might try DM 4.2 SP1 or SP2. I have 4.2 SP1 and sync to outlook perfectly.
