|  white screen, problem with phone or software?

The problem with my 8100 is that the screen becomes blank(white). This happens on and off. Sometimes it is perfectly ok and the display is normal for hours together. Then suddenly the screen becomes white. It can take a few minutes to a few hours for the display to be normal again. I can make or receive calls during this time. Is it a software problem or a problem with the phone? |
