Default Sprint TV/Radio choppy or won't run

Please Login to Remove!

Is anyone else having issues with using Sprint TV/Radio on their device? I have a brand new 8130 (just got it yesterday) and sometimes when I click on the Sprint TV icon I will get a message that it is 'currently unavailable, check back later'.

When it does work, it can be pretty choppy. Yes, I know it can depend on how strong the network is where I'm at when I'm using it, but when I try to use it I have 3 or more signal bars and 1XEV.

Three times now it completely locked up my device and I had to pull the battery to get it working again.

Anyone else?

What cookies? You mean browser cookies? Maybe we're not thinking the same thing...I updated the thread title. The program loads (as in installs), but when I try to run it I have issues (among the many issues I have, none of which are related to my Blackberry )

That would be a very very last resort.

I would contact Sprint first to find out if the device needs to be replaced.
