Default Desktop Manager causing blue screen

Please Login to Remove!

I have just set up my new 8100 Desktop Manager (came with the blackberry). It's version 4.2.0.12

When I disconnect the BB it causes a blue screen of Death.

Anyone got any ideas as to what causes this? or what I can do to resolve it.

PS. I am running it on a Toshiba laptop with Vista Home Premium.

Many thanx

Make certain it is this version
BlackBerry Desktop Software v4.2 SP2
or Version 4.3, for Vista.

are they different? which one is the best one for visa?

I appreciate your help - cheers

You should probably stick with 4.2 sp2, 4.3 has been giving people problems lately.
