Default Phone tones

Hi, my 8100 profile is set to Normal, yet when I receive a call, I am just getting the vibrate tone.
Is there a nyway to reset this so that i actually get a sound.

Also is it possible to have one tone for calls and one for messages /emails?

Thanks

Alex
