Wondering if anyone could help. I have been trying to use a Motorola H500 BT earpiece, but cannot get the blackberry 8130 device to recognize it. I have tried various combinations of settings, but nothing has worked.

I have tried searching the forum for similar topics, but have not found any threads.

Has anyone else had a problem with the H500? I used it without problems with my prior blackberry 7130e. Carrier is Verizon.

Are you sure you're getting the H500 into pairing mode?

Thanks for the help. That was exactly the problem! The instructions for the bluetooth earpiece is long lost, and with your suggestion I found a pdf online.
