I have the BB 8830 tied to a gmail account. Everytime I send an email from the blackberry or the computer, it shoots the sent mail to the BB. any way to change that? It just clutters up the my email box on the BB and sends unnecessary data back and forth?

Mr. Pebbles:

You can stop the BB from showing the sent messages by going to your e-mail and choose options. Then scroll down and there is an option to hide sent messages. Click yes and they will no longer appear.

Hope that helps.

I was never able to get the filter to work doing it that way. I got mine to work by going into gmails settings and adding a filter via that way. Any time I send a email weather its sent via my BB or PC it sends it right to the trash.
