We are running a BES with our employee's blackberrys. One has recently been given a Blackberry 8100 pearl. At first it was working fine, now all of a sudden, when meeting requests are sent to his exchange email, they appear of his blackberry as emails, and he is unable to accept, modify or cancel these meetings.

I have recently wiped the blackberry and installed the latest OS, and still no joy.

Any Ideas?

Meeting requests do appear as emails. Open the email, click the trackball and you should see options to accept, modify, etc.

I dont get those options when i open the email and hit the scroll wheel. I only get the usuall email options, Reply, delete, view contact etc. No accept or modify options in there...

Do you experience the lack of functionality (accept etc..) on new entries? or is it limited to proposed rescheduled appointments? or both?

Calendaring has always been a big headache with Exchange shop..
