Question symbol on my phone when i make calls

Please Login to Remove!

I have the pearl for verizon.... recently, a new symbol has appeared on my screen whenever I am on a phone call. It is a square that has a diaganol line through it and is half blue and half black. it appears in the top right corner right next to the volume level. (I use the verizon theme for the phone if this makes a difference)

does anyone know what this symbol means??

If it's what I'm seeing, it's a blue square with a small white speaker icon in it...I think it just refers to the fact that the level bar next to it is for sound. Is that what you're seeing? Just to the left of the volume level bar...

You have you bass or treble audio enhancement turned on. While on a phone call click the blackberry button (the one to the left of the trackball) and select audio enhancements and set it to normal and this symbol will go away.
