Sorry if this has been posted before. I tried searching this issue but did not find it.

Ok so when im using the latest verison Opera Mini to download Pictures or videos here is my issue:

I find the picture I want then hit Download and get the pop up that says " The Application Opera Mini is attempting to invoke the browser. Would you like to allow this"?

So I click yes, then I get redirected to the default Blackberry browser followed by a pop up that says "WML Converter was unable to convert the data: null"

Or sometimes I will get the pop up " A problem occurred while trying to render the page"

Anyone else getting this? Ive tried batter pulls and get nothing

Does the BB browser download these files when accessed directly from it? Opera Mini does not do the downloads -- these are handled by the device's default browser application. IOW, If you can't download something without OM, you can't download it with OM either.

Well the problem is when im saving pictures from Myspace when using Opera Mini. Im tryin to send them in a email, but need to save them to my phone first.

Now when goin to back trying to download the entire videos from blueapple or anywhere else using the default browser I get the pop up "HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway"

Note: I dont get the problem when just downloading sections of the video.

But I get the "HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway" error a lot.

Sound like two separate operations.

Regardless, if it doesn't work in the BB browser (sounds like it doesn't) it won't work from OM because the device's default browser handles all downloads. If you can fix the problem using the BB brwser, it will work from OM.

Having said that, I don't know what that error means.

I just figured you could download thru OM. I wasn't aware.
