Do you know if the Pearl from Verizon is easy to use. I am looking and I want to do some research first.

Thanks

I'm a pilot. It's MUCH easier than flying a 757.

Not for someone who needs to ask if it's easy.

Very easy. It was very easy to setup - I was sending/receiving email in less than 15 minutes. Coming from an 8703e, my initial concern was SureType. However, I have had no problems making the transition.

Good Luck!

It is very easy to use, after a week or two you will be hooked. The suretype keyboard is very easy to get used to. Shoot me a PM if you need one and I can see what I can do to get you a deal.

i would say if you haven't used a blackberry before, or are converting from using a palm or windows mobile, it takes a little while to figure out, but now that i have had mine for a couple of weeks, I love it. if you are savvy in the least bit, you will figure it out. the phone part is great.

Exactly...it's a paradigm change from a regular cell phone, but once you 'get' the way the Blackberry works, it's consistent and logical for the most part (3rd party BB SW developers can go off on tangents, of course).

It is easier to use the pearl than it is to keep my wife happy.

Very true. And statistics show that more people are killed every year by their wives than die in 757 crashes. Something to think about...
