Welcome to the forums.

Do you have the 8100 OS installed on your PC? If so, just run Application Loader again and it should prompt to install the OS again. Make sure the apps you want installed are checked.

do you have a recent backup? if you do connect the pearl to the computer, open DM and hit backup/restore. Use the restore option and select the most recent backup.

I think I erased the whole phone. The only thing that shows on the screen is a picture of a window of some sort, which is crossed out, and underneath the number 507. And no I haven't had a recent backup.

Ouch.

Use this link:

How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ.com

Do the Pre-Wipe tasks and the Install OS tasks. You don't need to do the 'Wipe the Device' tasks since that's been done already

Thanks, I'm trying it out. I was clicking next on the application loader so fast, that I didn't realize it was about to erase everything.

unless you had a backup you are out all your information. That is just the same as a Windows OS corruption, you have to wipe the device and start over. Do you remember what you did in order to bring about that screen?

I was loading an application. I clicked next too fast and didn't notice that I was about to wipe off everything on my phone. Then after everything finished, the screen showed up.

you should have an autobackup that you could restore. when you load the OS, go to DM and click backup restore, then restore. See if you can find a backup created today.

The restore button is not clickable.

I hope that you are being patient! Do NOT disconnect while it is sitting at the hour glass! I learned today it can be in excess of an hour! Hope everything works out! Please report back!

Good Luck!
