Has anyone else experienced this?

I have my ringing and alert volumes set for high, which is fine normally.

But, when I play media files (mp3's) with the media player, at a comfortable volume, when alerts happen, or it rings, the volume practically blows my ears out.

I'm not sure there's a way to correct this, but it's almost dangerous. Having the alert set to interrupt the media or something would be better. But, the volume seems to be twice as loud as the song.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
