Default desktop manager

Please Login to Remove!

I currently have a 8130 with verizonwireless and when i connect it using the usb and connect it to my computer, it works great. i see my pin on the desktop manager box, but when i try to use the application loader it doesnt find any applications on my phone! please help! i desperately need a different theme. i should say that I have had a 8830 with verizonwireless and never had this issue. am i missing something? do i need to configure something? help! help! help! thank you so much!

You need to install the handheld OS software on the PC, too, as well as desktop manager.

i installed the desktop manager on my phone. the blue disc that came with the phone. :(

Download the handheld software from your carrier or see http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/B...stem_Downloads and http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/H..._BlackBerry%3F. Make sure the handheld software is same version or newer than what you have on the blackberry. If newer, you will be prompted to upgrade. Read those linked articles carefully and follow directions exactly.
