Default What's better a CD-ROM or OTA download?

I'm getting ready to download MissingSync for BB 8100 since I use a Mac. I see I can purchase either a CD-ROM or OTA, which one is better? They are charging $10.00 more for a CD-ROM. Are there any benefits of having a CD-ROM vs OTA download. In the event I have to reload an OS can I still download it OTA without having to pay another charge vs where you have CD-ROM at hand? If I can still use OTA instead, if I had to reload my OS, I would be downloading the most recent version, correct? Thankyou!

If the are reputable you should be given a "key" this key should be good for another OTA download if it is needed. OTA is the way to go. If you upgrade your phone OS it should preserve the application.
