I'm having trouble getting media manager on my desktop manager. My desktop manager options include: Synchronize, Bakup and Restore, Application Loader, and Switch Device Wizard. It's my understanding that there should be other options available, including the Media Manager that I am looking for. Is there something extra I need to do to get the Media Manager as well as the other options on my Desktop Manager? I've been searching the web and trying different things for hours today and have made no progress. Please help me!!

I have software v. 4.3 and have tried deleting and redownloading it but nothing has changed. I keep looking for answers online but nobody seems to have this problem. The Blackberry Support hotline I was given apparently needs some sort of subscription or something. There has to be something easy I'm just not doing! I appreciate ANY suggestions!!

I have had this issue with my software... I uninstalled from pc... restarted pc... restarted BB... instaled software then sync'd device... Give that a shot if that fails possibly reload OS on BB...

If that doesn't work load DM 4.2 then load DM 4.3.
