Default trackball not responding on incoming call pop up

Please Login to Remove!

lately, sometimes when i get an incoming call, the pop up with the answer or ignore selection doesn't show up. then on some calls when it does, the trackball does not respond so i can't select either choice. the trackball works just fine in all other apps. anyone having the same issue? have 4.2.1.107 installed.

Have you tried a hard reset (Battery Pull while the device is powered on)? This clears many little quirks or bugs that come up with functionality.
