Default sync problem - unable to ....

Please Login to Remove!

I keep recieving an error message when trying to sync.
"Unable to write application data record." I get this error message at the very end of syncing, and it seems to be related to the calendar???
I have no idea why...seemed to work fine one day, and not at all the next. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled desktop manager.

Help...desparate to sync. I live and breathe by my BB.

Have you added any odd calendar events since your last sync?

Calendar events with an attachment in Outlook will NOT sync to the BB. Look for any of those.

I've been syncing events w/attachments to my Pearl fine...the attachments are dropped and just listed as a file name in the Notes section of the event, but the events themselves do sync.

Maybe an update provided w/BB OS 4.3? I'm on DM 4.2 SP2.

I've always resolved any sync problems by deleting the calendar databases from the Pearl and syncing again...works for me as I create the majority of my appointments in Outlook, so I am rarely in a sitiation where I'm going to lose any data by doing that.

I searched for the problem calendar events, and it came u with tow. Both were deleted from the desktop and handheld, but for whatever ready, it still appears that the conflict is still there. I looked at the link that was sent, and followed instructions. Still no success.

deleting the calendar databases sounds pretty intense; however, this problem I'm having just recently started occurring, and I'm certain that my Outlook calendar is up-to-date. How do I go about deleting the calendar database from BB and re-initiating the Outloook calendar events back to it?

Do a battery pull. I had this happen for the first time the other day. Battery pull fixed it.
