Hey y'all, great fourm. Been lurking around for a while learning as much as I can. I got a pearl about a month ago and have been enjoying it very much. Except for one issue that I am hoping someone can help me with.

I use my Pearl for personal use so it is set up with BIS. And everything works fine. My wife has a blackberry through work so I am assuming it is BES. The issue is I can not email her. She just never gets them. We can use Blackberry messenger, SMS, etc. And if she sends me an email first, I can respond as a reply no problem. I just can not initiate the first email.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

PS - I have tried resending the service books, deleting and re entering emails on the Verizon Blackberry site, pulled the battery, etc. Forgot to include that before..

do you have her contact information stored in the device? have her email you then try removing the email address from it, and then copying/pasting the email address from her email to you.
