The email was working on the old device and has not worked on the new device and you are on BIS correct? If so login to your BIS account and update the PIN and IMEI information with that of the new phone. Resend your service books and you should be good to go!
Thanks for the response. I am the least tech savvy mean in America so could you explain to me how to log into my BIS account, update this info, and resend the service books. Thank you.
