Please Login to Remove!

i just got an email on one of my accounts from "network@etp1002.etp.na.blackberry.net" saying "this message was used to carry datat between the Blackberry handheld and an associated server. please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server." followed by all sorts of letters and numbers. then about 7 minutes later i got another email saying the same thing.

does anyone know what these emails are for/about?

Welcome to the forums Wicked Chic!

It's related to the Redirector. If you are using the Redirector solution you will need to connect the device to the PC running it (You encryption key might be out of date). Otherwise, if you are using BIS or BES then:

Menu>options>Advanced Options>Service Books> Delete any entry entitled CCAL[xxx]

That should solve it! Let me know!
