Yes, try the battery pull. Did the other account have a Red Circle with a slash through it next to your T-bird account? Login and check. If not you might want to delete and then re-add the account. It's weird. When you get a congrats email it usually indicates success and resending the service books fixes it when it occasionally breaks.
