ive had trouble geting email for about a day now with both my yahoo and gmail addresses. messages are delayed or dont arrive at all. now i have every unread message ever being sent to my BB. once deleted all is well but they soon return. any help would be appreciated. thanks

make sure you delete them from the mailbox and they won't get doubled up as much.

the same messages i delete from my BB just keep coming back. they are all originating from my yahoo account. neer happened before. what does the reconcile now option do for me?

you need to change the settings on your device so that when you delete a message off your phone inbox that it deletes the same message from your mailbox of your email account (i.e. yahoo, hotmail etc.) go into the messages box of your BB and go to options then go to email reconciliation and select the message services account you want to make the change for then change the "delete on" option to mailbox and handheld.
