Default Help!

Please Login to Remove!

Well, I was trying to delete some of my applications and somehow ended up messing up my phone.

Currently, I'm looking at a white screen with a Circle, Square, and Triangle with a X through it and a 543 below it.

Any idea?

You need to load the OS to the BB... I hope you have a back up of your data.

AND, you might need this, as well...

Thanks for the link.

How bad is it if I didn't have a backup of my files?

No backup means that all of the data stored on the phone is gone. Messages, address books, etc. Hopefully, you will have a way to at least synch your contacts. But the good news is that your BB will be back up and running again!

Good Luck!

Your data is lost....You can reload the OS but all your contacts, emails, etc. are gone.

I'm currently in the Application Loader Wizard and it says:

The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have the Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to your computer. Contact service provider or computer administrator.

I'm obviously really confused since I re-downloaded both the Device Manager and Desktop Manager last night.

The Device Manager shows my Pearl as being connected.

Any help again will be apprecaited. I really appreciate it, because I don't know where I'd be without everyone's guidance.

See http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/A...n_Loader_Error.

You need the device OS software installed on the desktop or laptop in addition to desktop manager.
