for some reason when people call me i cant enable my phone to ring it only vibrates.when i go into my ringtones and click play on a song my phone says " device media processor is busy,error playing ". how can i resolve this problem ?? whats causing this ??

Try pulling the batery out with the BB powered on. Keep it out for a few minutes and try it again.
