My cousins pearl....
when she wants to end a call she presses the red button only to be asked if she wants to go back to the main menu while keeping the call or hang up the call and go back to the main menu.....
OR she can press the scroll ball and scroll through all the options to find "end call"
Any ideas why she cannot just hang up?

Mine does that sometimes too. I think it has to do with what screen you were in when you made the call. For instance if I make it from MyFaves and hang up it does, but if I make it from the phone log screen it asks me the question. I think.
