I have several users who are attempting to set a required signature in their Pearls.
The problem is that, the signature is set, use auto-signature is set to yes, but the signature isn't attached to outgoing Emails.
This is on a BES environment for which I am an admin. There is no policy set.
I believe that most of the users that are experiencing the problem have an additional internet email configured. However, the auto-signature feature is unavailable for the internet mailboxes, but available and configured for the "Desktop" mailbox.
The issue makes no sense to me, and they do not have TSupport.
Any help is appreciated!
