Default Can I change a ringtone to sound longer?

I have the 8100 Pearl from AT&T with the latest sofware. My question is if it is possible to extend the number of times my ringtone sounds when somebody calls me? I'm not a big fan of custom ringtones so I use a preloaded one from the phone (Ringer_ClassicPhone). When somebody calls me it rings only 4 times so imagine the number of times I get missed calls. When I preview the ringtone in the ringtone folder it rings 7 times and is 28 seconds but whem somebody calls me it only rings 4 times. I use the Normal profile and changing to another doesn't solve the problem. For example when selecting Loud it vibrates 2 times before ringing, but it only rings 3 times.

I only use mp3 rts so I don't know about the installed ones. Mine seem to ring long enough, but they ring as long as they ring. There's no setting on the phone to make them ring longer. I know Tmobile can make it so my phone will vibrate more times before it rings, but I don't know about ringing more times. Call ATT and ask them about this.
