Sorry this seems like a stupid question and I searched but did not find an answer. Anyways, just got my pearl in the mail from ATT today and it came with a headset. However, the plug in seems way to big to fit into the headset jack on the pearl? What am I doing wrong?

it does look like its too big, it plugs on the side next to the power/data plug in to where you charge the phone. i assume you are looking at the tiny thing at the bottom of the phone? i just got my phone also but i would assume that is for a soft reset but not positive?

Doesn't fit. It is too big. I can try to force it but dont think I should.

I would take it into a shop then and have them explain or exchange.
