Question E-mail issues -- 8100 Pearl

Hi there,

I am new BB owner (8100 Pearl, T-Mobile) and having a couple issues. Couldn't find these in FAQ or other threads. My apologies if these are repeat questions:

1. Is there a way to separate inboxes if you have multiple e-mail addresses syncing to your BB (work and personal)?

2. Reconciling -- when I review and delete messages in my Outlook inbox they do not reflect on my BB so I have to manually delete them on the BB as well. Any way to set it up to reconcile changes automatically?

1. no you can not seperate them unless your on bes.

2. no not unless your on bes. or using yahoo or gmil.

Thanks, zerog46. I am on a BES. Using Outlook (work account) and hotmail (personal account). Are their any instructions I can access for how to set up reconciliation and separate inboxes?

well there should be seperate icons for the emails automatically if you are on a BIS. Wireless reconcile of email is available on a BES, Gmail (sometimes) and yahoo. However there is a very promising 3rd party application named BB Ota Sync in beta currently.
