Question E-mail issues -- 8100 Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

I am new BB owner (8100 Pearl, T-Mobile) and having a couple issues. Couldn't find these in FAQ or other threads. My apologies if these are repeat questions:

1. Is there a way to separate inboxes if you have multiple e-mail addresses syncing to your BB (work and personal)?

2. Reconciling -- when I review and delete messages in my Outlook inbox they do not reflect on my BB so I have to manually delete them on the BB as well. Any way to set it up to reconcile changes automatically?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Thanks, zerog46. I am on a BES. Using Outlook (work account) and hotmail (personal account). Are their any instructions I can access for how to set up reconciliation and separate inboxes?

well there should be seperate icons for the emails automatically if you are on a BIS. Wireless reconcile of email is available on a BES, Gmail (sometimes) and yahoo. However there is a very promising 3rd party application named BB Ota Sync in beta currently.
