Thumbs down Sprint BB Pearl or Centro

Please Login to Remove!

I currently have the sprint treo centro and have always been a treo user. However the palm centro has been a bit slow navigating throughout. Other business friends rant and rave about BB. What are some key QUANTIFIABLE differences between the palm centro and BB Pearl? Both are the same size, so that's a wash. Also, does BB come w/ management software like palm does? (calendar, contacts, tasks, etc...) I DO NOT USE OUTLOOK on my computer. Really need some PDA advice...... Centro vs. Pearl

It really depends. What do you use your palm for? Why did you buy the first one.

The blackberry device switcher can take all your PIM info and transfer it. Memos, Tasks, Calendar, Contacts are all built into the blackberry.

I am a former Treo User .. I love my Blackberry, I wish I would have switched devices sooner. This is a fantastic piece of kit. The only drawback I have found is the lack of 3rd party applications, however there seem to be more applications released weekly, so it is growing.

when I bought my treo it was my first pocket Pc and I loved it and I never thought I would settle for any thing els......But I have always been curious about the blackberry...and the pearl was really the first one to catch my eye.The 8100 was the first model to come out but it was only Tmo and AT&t,alas I am A verizon user and have no intention of switching....ever.But as most sim based phones do....the pearl finally came to Vzw and I jumped all over it as soon as I had the scratch. And now I will never go back, its the greatest phone I have ever owned and it truly is a piece of work......BB all the way.
