i recently received a pearl from a friend. unfornately the phone has been fixed by IT from a corp. the camera is disable and the security is set on strong the number of try for pw is only max out at 5 instead of 10. and i cant change the pw to a simple one rather than to have at least 6 digit and 1 number. i tried JL_cmder wipe and reinstalled it with the newest os from att but the problem still there. however i did notice that the IT policy name is SIG4.1 anyone have any idea how to restore this the the oem state . please help.
