Default Some questions from a new 8120 user

Hello,

I received my BlackBerry 8120 a few days ago and it's great! Thanks to all of you who helped me in my previous thread!
Now I just have a few more questions that neither the FAQ, Google or the user manual helped me with:
1) I don't see where to configure MMS. My carrier uses another carrier's network. That means that the settings that the BB detects are the on from the big carrier but not mine so I'm not able to send any MMS.
2) When I do a backup of my BB in DM, what does it actually backs up? Everything like options, logs, SMS etc so I can wipe the device and then restore it and use it immediately after?
3) When I shut down/start up the device there is an Orange (carrier) logo. Is there any way to get rid of that?
4) I don't really understand the goal of PIN messages. Is it free? Can I send PIN messages to a friend abroad?

Thanks!

1. MMS is configured by your carrier. If it's not an option then your carrier likely doesn't support it. Give them a call.

2. Backing up in Desktop Manager backs up all your data like contacts, emails, sms, memos, settings, etc. Yes, you can back it up, wipe it, then restore and go on, if necessary.

3. You cannot get rid of the carrier branding splash screen.

4. You can send PIN messages to any other BB user regardless of carrier or location as long as both the sender and receiver have a BB data plan.

Thanks for your reply.
The problem is that my carrier is an MVNO so it uses another carrier's network and my BB detects the other carrier's MMS parameters. That's why I'd like to change them.
Concerning the profiles now:
1) If I understand well, vibrate+tone at the same time isn't possible? That's really sad...
2) When I miss a call, the only way for the LED to flash red (or anything than green) is to install BBAlerts, right?

3) What's the goal of creating a folder on the home screen? Is it possible to create a folder called "abc" and put in it a few specific applications?
EDIT: 4) I sthere a way to sync bookmarks with the BB browser?

Thanks, again and again!
