ok here is the problem, i have a verizon 8130 and normally on my home screen if i hit the blackberry button it opens up and shows all my shortcut icons. Now if i hit the blackberry button again a menu will popup with some options like move, hide, show all etc. Now as of yesterday i use to have a "call voicemail" shortcut in that menu and when i used my phone today that shortcut was gone. idk what happened and i didnt change any settings. anyone know what happened?

That option only shows up when you have a new voicemail. Once you listen to all your new messages, it disappears until you get a new one. If your seeing a behavior different than that, try doing a battery pull.
