Thanks for this. I ma using enterprise server. When I delete messages from my Pc should they automatically be deleted from my Pearl? |
Yep, they should. |
They dont so what could be the problem? I havent done anything with the desktop software yet, is that the problem? |
Who is your BES admin? This is a matter you should bring to them first. |
I must admit that I am VERY confused with the Blackberry. Vodafone supplied the Blackberry and Enterprise Solution and no backup and my IT people set the account up. I really dont know what to do now.... I have the version 4.2 desktop and dont know what I am supposed to do with it or whether I should even be using that with Enterprise. Can anyone point me in the right direction as I am redy to send this device back! |

Edit as desired/needed. If that it still doesn't do what you need, my advice is talk to your IT people. Also search the BES forum on email reconciliation. I guarantee your issue has been discussed. |
So if I have BES on the main company server do I still need desktop manager on my pc to control the blackberry? |
