Having trouble inputing letters in dialing mode. Instructions say press Alt to access letters and press 2x to input 2nd letter on keyboard. When I try to do that, it defaults back to the 1st letter as soon as I left my finger off the keyboard. How to I get it to maintain the 2nd letter? Thx!

press the two times quickly, don't lift your finger from the keyboard after the first press.

J: I tried that and the 2nd letter held for a second and then it default back to the first one. Is there a way I can have the keyboard default to letters rather than numbers when accessing a contact? Don't know if I'd have the same problem with that method. Thanks for your support!
