Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8800/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Not sure what the issue is but pretty sure it has nothing to do with BB as it is the cell service being affected

Did you port your number from AT&T or some other carrier to T-Mobile? If so, you may need to have the number rebroadcast by the folks at T-Mobile. Basically that tells other carriers where your number is now so calls can be routed correctly.

If you didn't port your number from another carrier to T-Mobile or you had the rebroadcast done already then a trouble ticket needs to be done so the T-Mobile engineers can get involved.

Either way, you need to call T-Mobile. Make sure to gather three examples of when someone tried to call you and it didn't work. Be specific with date/time, the number that was trying to call you, and any error messages or recordings the other party heard/saw. The more information you gather now the faster the issue will be resolved for you.
