Outlook problems
Hi - I have an 8120 and have tried to set up sync with Microsoft Outlook... It is on my computer and set up to receive emails etc etc, but the Blackberry desktop manager will not recognise it as being installed on the computer - it wants me to use Outlook Express, which is no good for calendar entries. Any ideas much appreciated!

I may be off on this one, but here is what I had to do.
When you use the Desktop Manager, on the left under options choose "Profiles" That is where you tell the Desktop Manager - and therefor the redirector - what kind of Mail system you are using. Choose Outlook and not Out Express and you should be all set.

I agree. You can also set up individual email, calendar, tasks etc from DM an choose outlook and not outlook express.

Still not working
Unfortunately I have desktop manager 4.3 which seems to have no options for setting up profiles - are others running a different version? :?

What version of Outlook are you using dm 4.3 won't work with ol 2000.
