Menu>Options>Date/Time>(Is it set to BlackBerry or Network?)

If the Network Time (next Line down is correct) change it to Network.

Default Time Issues

I have had this problem as well. I can have 2 Bell Mobility phones side by side and the time on the BB will be different than the other one. I tracked it down (I think) to the fact that I was set to network time and also updating my BB to my PC which is not always correct.

I am also having a problem with the time zone switching to Pacific from Mountain but I am hoping that that is also resolved if I do not uodate the time with the PC
