Default Stays on 'Telus' screen at start up.

Please Login to Remove!

Yup....when I turn the phone off (8130) or do a battery pull, the security settings load, but it stays at either the security loading screen or the telus screen indefinitely until I push the end call button. Only then will it take me to the main interface.

This is somewhat problematic.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to correct this?

I have bbweather, bberryone launcher (not functioning properly - "uncaught exception:net.rim.device.api.system.ControlledAcce ssException" error when I try to load it), beyond411, google maps, viigo and bbtoday installed

Are you still dealing with this? Sounds like you need to wipe it and reinstall the operating system. See blackberryfaq.com.

My guess is bberryone launcher is the problem. Delete the app and try it.

Yeah I'm still dealing with the issue. When I get home I will uninstall bberry one and I will post the result.

The other post referred to wiping the handheld. Does that mean I just clear my personal information or does it mean reinstalling all of my applications again from scratch? How do I wipe?

If you find that you need to wipe it, see:

http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/H...ng_Jl_Cmder%3F

and

http://blackberryfaq.com/index.php/W...nnect_and_wipe

But try deleting the app first thing as John suggested, see if that works.
