New Here, Need Help

I have a Verizon Wireless 8130 running v4.3.0.60 (platform 3.1.0.32 and desktop manager version 4.3.0.15. I do not have Roxio Media Manager and want to get it. What do i need to do???? Do i need to ask them for the unlock code? PLEASE HELP!!!

Someone will come along and give you the exact link, but in the meantime see if you can navigate to the desktop manager downloads at blackberry.com. Download the version with the media manager included. Many recommend desktop manager ver 4.2 SP2, though 4.3 is the newer.

did you try the link that was provided earlier? Uninstall your current version and either redownload the same version or downgrade to 4.2 sp 2
