My ring profile is set to loud and only set to tone.... however, the phone is only vibrating and the alarm isnt audible... Can anyone help me figure this out?

Do you have different settings for 'In Holster' and 'Out Of Holster'?
Maybe the phone is holstered and behaving as it should based on your profile settings?

i tried setting in and out of holster exactly the same... and it didnt work

You tried a battery pull, I assume?
(That should always be Troubleshooting Step #1)

as i was typing my last message here, i did a battery pull and that worked!
