Default Editing Calendar on PC

Can I do this? I have loads of appointments to enter, and don't want to use the phone keypad!

I don't use any PC calendar software (don't have any), so can I use the PC to edit?

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

You cannot edit the blackberry calendar directly from the PC. You will need to sync with something. Get desktop manager and look at the sync options. One is Yahoo. That may be an option for you.

Aside from Yahoo, and Google calendards (which offers over-the-air sync) there is also at least one aftermarket keyboard that you can connect to your BB. But doing it Yahoo/Google and syncing to the BB is the cheapest/simplest, assuming that you have access to a PC with an internet connection.

MS Outlook is what I think most people use to do both their contacts and calendar on their pc to synch with the BB. Mine works very well and you have a backup on the pc in case the BB goes awry. True, the program costs $ but you can borrow an old version and install it on your pc.
