Default full power off option disappeared?

Please Login to Remove!

hi there. when i select "turn power off" from the application menu, i no longer have two options, it just gives me the message "turning handheld off".

does anyone know why i no longer have the option of full power off? does it make any difference?

thank you.

First thing to try: Hard reset. With the unit powered on, pull the battery for 30 seconds or more and then replace.

Are you using the "auto on/auto off" option? If you're not, I don't think you get a choice, it's automatically full power off.
