Default problem with blackberry messenger crashing

Please Login to Remove!

hey all,

i just got my 8130 this week and have updated it to the latest firmware listed in the sticked post at the top of the forums.

everything went fine but when i type a message in blackberry messenger and use the word "my" it will freeze up and say "input error the system is being restarted" and then it will crash back to the main menu and say "uncaught exception: articinterface::docpostocaret: error 3 (hex 3)".

this is getting extremely annoying and i have google these problems but have only found results relating to the 7100.

i am getting extremely frustrated with this so if anyone could help that would be awesome.

thanks,

cubex

edit: i just realized i posted this in the wrong forum. would a mod be able to move it for me? i guess i was so frustrated i accidentally clicked the wrong forum.
