Last night my battery was low so I plugged it in to charge before going to bed. When I woke up, the battery was still low and the phone showed no connection. I also tried to charge it on my PC but it still wont charge or show a connection.

try a battery pull, if the phone don't react to either USB cable or pw adapter, that might indicate a issue with the plug in your phone.

I did the battery pull and no dice. I'll bring it to the Sprint service center near by.

They are sending me a new phone. It will be here by Tuesday. the USB port was bad.

I see they sell a charger for just the battery. I will try to find a place that sells one near me so that I can at least have a phone until my new one comes.
