I'm new to the Pearl so bear with me on this: How do I adjust ring volume/ earpiece volume and change ring tones..I saw something under the profile icon,,but what about the adjustment buttons on the right side of the phone??? This can't be this difficult.

Juts got my phone today and went thru the same issue.

For ringtone:
-click on profile
-select one
-then click on advanced
- you will your current selection in bold
-click on that and you should see various options for ring volume settings and change the ring tones.

the side buttons are for incall volumes,
