Default rookie questions

got my BB pearl from VZW

1. where in the world is the browser so that i can go online? Do i have to install stuff from the cd's?

2. why is the ringer so low.i turned it all the way high but still seems low then my old LG phone

3. Is there a way to turn up the volum of the ear pirce and not affect the levels of the mouthpiece?

4. does the tracker always make some clicking sound?

1. The browser shows up when your data plan has been activated.

2. Try a different ringer. Ringer volume has been an issue on CDMA devices.

3. Use the volume keys on the side of the device.

4. You can turn that off under Options >Screen/Keyboard but it still may make a slight clicking sound even when disabled.

Thanks John Had to call VZW and they had to re-program my phone.
